Left vs. Right: Which wing fights Jewish Nationalism?

“Zionist Union leader Avi Gabbay faced criticism from MKs in his party Tuesday for telling party activists at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev on Monday that “the Left forgot what it means to be Jewish.” Does this quote indicates a shift from the left to the right? Is it a main difference between left thinking and right thinking in Israel? Could this quote also show that the difference is Universal,  not just Jewish but that the difference is psychological in all personalities? Avi Gabbay is a leftist leader. He is the head of the Zionist Union, the leftist opposition in the Israeli Knesset. He had an insight that his leftist friends cannot accept: Leftist thinking is collectivist, global and anti nationalistic whether it is Jewish nationalism (Bait Yehudi), Israeli nationalism (Menachem Begin) or British nationalism (Brexit!). True, the Jewish left in Israel forgot what it means to be Jewish! My statement is not an indictment of the left. it is to teach my readers, as I have promised you, about the differences between the left and the right in business and relationships so you can select better partners to fit you. The left is Maxist, Carl Marx wrote at the end of his book Das Capital, “The goal is the withering of the State.” The only reason the leftist party in Israel calls itself the Zionist Union is to get more votes during elections. The left cannot be true Zionist unless it has the insight of Gabbay and accept that they don’t know how to be Jewish! If they do that they would be finished as a political party!  Zionism is Jewish nationalism and Gabbay got it. What rift it will cause to Mapai, the labor party of the first prime minister of Israel David Ben Gurion is yet to be seen. I predict that Israel itself is moving to the right in order to find its Jewish roots! Good or bad, I leave it out to you to decide. If you are leftist you probably say Bad (except Gabbay) and if you are rightist you probably say Good! Enjoy!

Breathing is much more than you think it is!

I don’t mean to say that breathing keeps you alive, that’s an ordinary notion that belongs in ordinary blogs. Here, in my extra ordinary blog, I mean to point out that breathing deep (9 breaths per minute) keeps you conscious. Animals breath automatically, humans do too unless they choose to change their breathing pattern by divine (conscious) effort. Exercising this kind of high awareness raises you brain’s spirit (Monads) to the highest living level possible. For example, studies show that people who live longer than 90 years breath on the average 9 deep breaths per minute and people who live shorter than 70 years breath on the average 20 shallow breaths per minute. I was a cancer patient at Medical Center Cologne (MCC), Germany in 2011, when I was asked to demonstrate a unti cancer breathing exercise. Today I am cured of prostate and bone cancers, thanks God. You can watch my demonstration of special breathing at the MCC on my cancer website in Canada, http://www.cancer-vcrc.org.

Altering your breathing consciously makes you divine (animals can’t do it), enables you to improve your free will powers (good for losing weight, stopping smoking, self-confidence, etc.), prolong your life (nine breath per minute do it) and fight lung cancer (oxygen enters dormant alveoli). Go to my breathing demonstration at the German cancer clinic in Cologne. Take a deep breath, then take additional 5 small breaths(to get the good air into the dormant alveoli, the air sacks that don’t get oxygen with shallow breathing and may develop cancer over time). On exhalation, exhale 5 more small breaths to get the last 10% of carbon dioxide out. Practice your new breathing habits in your car, home, office, bed, anywhere, depending on your level of love and commitment for yourself. If after 2 months you find out that breathing deep isn’t catching up with you, hug your self 5 five squeezing hugs saying I love myself five times. Do it 5 times per day times per day, that’ll do it. If after 2 months you find out that you are not doing any of these, go to good counseling, fall in love, earn a million bucks or read what Genesis says about your possible magnificence. Do it!

2012 in Review.

Thank you WordPress for posting a summary of my “jewish blog.” It has been a year of conflict in the world. The secret for 2013 is to think out of the box about peace and prosperity. Follow me into Israel’s hall of fame. Manage your relationships by certain irrational love rules that work. I will resume posting on my three blogs with WordPress February 10, 2013 when I return from Israel to my base in Victoria. I consider those of you who follow me in this new private blog, and have patience when I am not posting because I am traveling – very fortunate. They will acquire liberation knowledge that very few other people have.

Happy new year to you,

Dr. Elior Kinarthy

History of the Jewish people: The Biblical period (segment 5).

Abraham was born Av-ram (exalted father in Hebrew) around 1780 BC to the Habiru tribe, people from the city of Ur in western Babylon not far from where Kuwait is today. His father Terah (hard worker in Hebrew) and his brother Nahor (snorer in Hebrew) were successful “Elilim” merchants who worshipped local gods. Both the father and the older brother failed to apprentice young Av-ram to sell “Elilim” in Terah’s shop, probably because Av-ram was a spiritual boy and rumours of the one-God ware sweeping Ur. The incredible law-of-one sea people, now called the Hyksos, just left on their way to Egypt after leaving their Hebrew mark on Mesopotamia. (they conquered Egypt in 1792 BC). The new Babylonian king Hammurabi, who lived in Sippar about 40 miles north-west of Ur wrote a code of enlightened laws that influenced Av-ram to start planning his exit north from Ur in search Elohim (500 years later, many of these Hammurabi laws were incorporated by Moses into the Torah).  Ur at the time of Hammurabi was a minor kingdom with ancient Hebrew roots planted by the sea-people who gave rise earlier to the prospering Habiru tribe. In 1755 BC Av-ram married Sarai (Sarai means my female minister in Hebrew), a beautiful young princess, one of the daughters of the ruler of Ur. His exit strategy began with a caravan wedding trip west to Egypt to learn about El. Upon his return to Ur, he packed his family and sheep and left Ur to go to Hevron (friendship city in Hebrew) in Canaan, about 200 miles to the west. As soon as he and his extended family crossed (crossed=avru=Hebrew) the Euphrates near the place where the second Garden of Eden existed 3972 earlier, he heard a voice saying in Hebrew, lech lecha miartsitcha umimoladetcha... (leave your country, birth place and your father’s home and go to the land that I will show you. I will make you a great nation. I will bless those who bless you and curse those who curse you). I think, at that point, Av-ram experienced being overwhelmed by his visions. Instead of turning left towards Hebron 200 miles away, he turned north and walked 200 miles to Haran (today’s Syria) and turn left and walked 200 miles down south to Hevron. After 40 years of traveling from Ur, accumulating kids and wealth on the way and becoming a 99-year-old patriarch of big clan, he finally arrived in Hebron and bought burial land there. Av-ram was discouraged, but then a big event happened. At 100 and Sarai at 90, they had the promised son Itzhak (to laugh in Hebrew).  He celebrated by performing the brit bain habetarim sacrificial ritual, a permanent covenant with God who changed Avram’s name to Avraham (father of nations) and Sarai’s name to Sarah (a female government minister in Hebrew). From that moment on all Jewish babies would be circumcised at 8 days after birth (brit mila).. By the time Izhak had Yaakov and Yaakov had 12 sons and a daughter and children, the clan grew to 70 people. In 1650 BC they traveled to Egypt because of famine in Canaan and became slaves to the first pharaoh, not a Hyksos. In about 1270 BC they were 600,000 people, revolting against Ramses II. Soon, Moses took them out of Egypt to go back home to Canaan (today Jews all over the world celebrate Pesach to commemorate the Exodus from slavery to freedom). When Joshua conquered Canaan in 1230 BC they were still only 600,00 after 40 years in the Sinai desert, but now fierce nomads! By the time the Kingdom of David peaked in 975 BC the Hebrew people were a solid nation of 2 million people, about 2% of the world population at that time!

China and Israel: Two humiliating histories.

China was conquered by the Japanese, Germans and British in the 19th and 20th century. Chinese schools today teach about their humiliated centuries for the purpose of making sure that the next generation of Chinese are prepared to fight for their freedom. The Chinese say never again and meaning it. Today no nation on earth can conquer and occupy even a sliver of China. China today has the second most powerful military in the world. By the end of this century China will be the number one nation in the world in many ways. Now, what about Israel?

Like China, Israel was conquered by others. Israel was occupied by the Assyrians, Babylonians, Romans and the British. It was destroyed and its people exiled by the Assyrians, Babylonian and Romans. The British tried to destroy Israel by training and sending Arab armies against the Jews between 1946 and 1949. The Brits failed to destroy Israel because the Jews fought back (Haganah, Irgun, IDF, etc.). Now, check above and compare China and Israel:  Israeli schools today do not teach about the Jewish humiliating centuries. The Israelis do not care to prepare their next generation through education to fight for their freedom. Both the Chinese and the Jews say never again, but only the Chinese mean it by training a huge military. Today Iran and the Arab world can conquer and occupy every inch of tiny Israel with a preemptive strike –  albeit with a cost. After 60 years of independence, Israel today has lots of violence in its schools and many draft dodgers in its military. Israel today claims that it has the most powerful military in the Middle East, yet the last two wars against minor players Hamas and Hizbullah show that these two small pockets of terror have prevailed against “mighty” Israel. By the end of these century there may be no Israel if we don’t wake up and change!

Some say, so what? We are experienced at losing Israel in history – to the Assyrians, Babylonians and Romans. What about the Romans? They came in a few ships and destroyed our country with only 60,000 Roman troop! The message is clear. There is an election coming in Israel and there is no, and I say no, no one single political party running for the Knesset that believes that Israel should double its nuclear stock pile or triple its military budget. In 1973 we were lucky that Nixon didn’t listen to Kissinger and gave us surplus US weapons from a stock pile in Europe, in the last-minute – while the Israelis got rid of inept Golda. In 1967 they listen to Dayan to retreat and now we have the PA. You know something, I feel that God is pissed off at his people for not protecting Zion. I feel that He wants us to learn from China how to handle our humiliating centuries. Netanyahu, are you listening?

A silly story: “To jaw jaw is always better than to war war.”

Sir Winston Churchill was hungry after a long flight from London’s Heathrow airport. He didn’t like the food on the plane. I am going to eat at the White House in a few hours, I can wait, he said to himself. Winston was happy. He was invited by president Dwight Eisenhower to celebrate their incredible military victory over fascism for the third time. Dwight was his friend, but the president wasn’t a Statesman. He was a General. As the food was being served in the beautiful White House dining room, to distract himself from an increasing hunger pangs in the face of endless speeches and protocol, he turned to his host and said, “The Soviet Union was our friend in arms against Hitler but Communism now is our adversary.”

“Yeah, Winston, the Russians are coming, and I am tired of another war”

“Yes, Dwight, they are here to stay, I am afraid, the Soviets have just detonated their first nuclear bomb. We can’t conquer their country like we did to the Germans.”

“A mutual destruction scenario, ah?”

“Yes.”

“What are we going to do?”

“Well, to jaw jaw is always better than to war war.”

Dwight gave Winston an astonishing look. Reagan and Gorbachev were still kids playing Monopoly, not having any political power yet. I don’t know if you readers have heard of Jaw Jaw, but thirty-seven years later history verified in 1991 that what Winston said in 1954 in a While House luncheon was true. The Soviet Union collapsed. To jaw jaw is always better than to war war.

“What is to jaw jaw, someone asked me.”

“Psychological warfare, dude, psychological warfare.”

“What about Obama…can he do it to Iran”?

“Give me a break. Ever Netanyahu can’t do it to Ahmadinejad.”

“Is hard to do?”

“No, it’s is easy to do with unstable Iran”

“So we will have a war war and not a jaw jaw”?

“The main thing, Jew Jew, is to be strong strong and ready ready.”

History of the Jewish people: The transition period (Segment 4).

In the library of the university of Virginia Beach in Virginia there is a text of readings about the Sea People. These remarkable people who mastered the Bronze age are also mentioned in the Bible as the original Philistines! They built Tarshish and the Greek Acropolis before they brought the first pyramid to Egypt around 7000 BC. According to Edgar Cayce, the Sea People migrated east to the  Mediterranean area, especially Egypt and Canaan, from western regions in the islands of the Azores, Morocco, Atlas mountains, Spain and Greece during and after a giant flood that local legends described occurring 9000 years ago! They brough the bronze age to Canaan. Here it gets really interesting. Edgar Cayce describes a civil war within the sea people nation just before migrating east, probably triggered by flood stress, but more likely over religion.  You see, he says, half the people were monotheistic (the first worshipers of Elohim, not just sun worshipers like the Hyksos were). These insightful Sea People he calls “followers of the law-of-one,”  and opposing them were atheistic Sea People he calls the Bliel people (“without God” in Hebrew). Edgar Cayce did not know Hebrew. The Bliel people won the war and the believers in the one God escaped some to Greece in the west but mostly to Mesopotamia in the east, and from there to Egypt (first Dynasty), and then to Canaan. In the Torah they are considered the good Philistines, spared by Joshua during the conquest of Canaan. In Canaan they settled on the edge of the Sinai peninsula by the sea and built two cities – Gaza and Ashdod. In the Bible the sea people became known as the Philistines, the indigenous people of Canaan (Palestine is a Roman term derived from the word Philistine in the Bible) who were friends of Abraham who migrated from Ur in Mesopotamia to Canaan and bought land in Hebron near Gaza in 1800 (The time the Hyksos got to Egypt). The Bible say he became a close friend with his neighbor Abimelech, King of the Philistines. Later, the Philistines became corrupted by idol worship of the defeated tribes of Canaan, but when Abraham got there they were still monotheistic. About 500 years later, right after Moses time, in Genesis, God told Joshua to destroy all the idol worshiping tribes of Canaan, but spare the Philistines!  These incredible sea people who settled by the sea had a language that was not Hebrew but many ancient Philistine words were of Hebrew origin (or vice-versa, no way to know), such as Seren, a local leader (Seren is the rank of a captain in the Israeli army today), Baal (husband in Hebrew today), Dagon (small fish), Caphtor (Button in Hebrew), mishkeh (mashkeh is a drink in Hebrew, you see, the Philistines liked to have orgies and drink alcoholic beverages) Later in history, when the two Canaanite nations became enemies, Samson went to Gaza to have a drinking orgies with Delila their queen (read the Biblical story of tamut nafshi im plishtim). By that time the two Canaan nations became bitter enemies and fought a lot (aggravated today by being Muslim, although monotheistic!), the Philistines captured the Ark of the Covenant (Samuel 4:1-10) but David defeated the Philistines’ strongman Goliath. But in earlier times when Joshua entered Canaan, re-conquered Hebron (Abraham’s city) and Lachish near Gaza, the Philistines were their friends, that is why of all the Canaanite tribes ordered to be destroyed by Joshua the Israelite commander, the Bibles says the Philistines were spared! Both Peoples were monotheistic believing in one God at the time of Joshua, until the early Philistines were corrupted by the defeated heathen tribes of Canaan. The next segment will take you deeper into monotheism, how did Abraham really got it!

History of the Jewish people: The transition period (Segment 3).

The farther we go back in time before the Habiru period (1500 BC) the more it becomes clear that the story of Genesis was written by Moses, prince of Egypt, who had access to stories of antiquity that have accumulated in Egypt from all over the ancient world and were stored in the greatest library of the ancient world in the city of Alexandria 10 centuries after Moses birth in 1391 BC. Moses was a prince of Egypt by virtue of being raised by the daughter of Pharaoh. His parents were Hebrew slaves descendents from the tribe of Levi. His sister Miriam was his confidant and his priest brother Aaron helped gather the knowledge of the one God Jehovah, and helped plot a revolt against the polytheistic king who knew not of Joseph ( Exodus 1:8). Lucky for Moses (or was it an act of God), at that time before the plotting the last Hyksos king Akhenaton (Amenophis IV) and his wife Nefertiti were busy spreading monotheism in Egypt, but when they died the Egyptian polytheistic priests took control. It is fair to say that Moses gathered his knowledge to write his five books of the Torah between 1371 BC and 1331 BC. Apparently, he started doing in 1371 BC what Congressman Ignatius Donnelly from Minnesota did at the turn of the 20th century – sat in the library of Congress and copied claims and information to put together a story of the ancient world leading to the American revolution. Prince Moses probably had to go to various libraries in Egypt to gather his sources to assemble a story of Genesis, because the Great library of Alexandria didn’t exist yet for a thousand years! Either way, it is fascinating to know that circumcision was practiced by the Egyptians long before Avraham’s brit bain habetarim. The practice spread by the Sea people to the Phoenicians, Ethiopians and the rest of the ancient world because circumcision saved lives from one of the most dreadful scourges of the human race (Ignatius Donnelly). Today, circumcision is limited mostly to the semitic people. Life insurance statistics calculates the average life and health of Jewish men higher than all other men! Jewish health and longevity is attributed to both circumcision and not eating pork. pork being forbidden to Jews because od a mall trichina insect which infests pigs, states the Talmud. This is amazing statement because trichinosis in pigs was discovered years later in a lab. The next segment will start with the Hebrew Sea people landing in Ur in Mesopotamia around 1800 BC, giving rise to Avram (later named Abraham) and his tribe. The lad goes to Egypt with Sarai (later Sarah), princess of Ur, on their honeymoon (a modern term) around 1700 BC. The rest is history!

Parashat Nitzavim

Today I am 76 by the Jewish calendar, year 5772 since Adam and Eve. This is the first time in many years that I decided to go to Jewish services at Habad on the Sabbath. My friends Max and Marjorie Gross from South Africa were there. My wife Leah from Montreal came too. We had a great time with Rabbi Meir Kaplan and the congregation.  I sponsored the Kiddush and read my Haftarah called Nitzavim. I am glad I went. The Rabbi spoke about all the Jews standing up (Nitzvim) and be counted. We are a community. One of this days I will find the time to write a shot autobiography of myself, how  I came from Israel and landed in Victoria. My life is really fascinating, you’ll enjoy reading it. For now this posting is a small interruption between Segment 2 and 3 of the Pre-Habiru period in Judaism. I hope you enjoy reading it so far and are looking forward to the next and last segment of Hebrew pre-history.
